A key takeaway was the importance of BRMs showcasing their impact. We discussed how quarterly reports, stakeholder feedback, and internal success stories can help solidify BRM as a core function within a company, making it less susceptible to cuts.

James spoke candidly about the emotional toll of job loss and the resilience needed to push forward. He emphasised the power of networking, continuous learning, and staying confident in one’s skills and value as a BRM.
