Ancient Native American Ruins: Visiting Newark Earthworks

This particular weekend was my birthday weekend. We had gone up to Columbus because I purchased the new iPhone 16. On the way home I realized we had enough time to take a detour and decided to go to Newark earthworks. I’ve never been and I felt like it would be a worthwhile trip and would make a great video for the page. If you have the time to go do it this is all free unless you take the guided tour, which is $10. Still not a bad deal. You get to walk the earthwork area ( stay off the walls) and you could tour the information area which is full of info and artifacts. The caretakers and gods are very nice people as well and love entertaining anybody that’s willing to learn more about the earthworks.
