109 - Wave Interference

In this video Paul Andersen explains how waves interact with objects and with other waves. When a wave hits a fixed object it will be reflected and inverted. When a wave hits a free object it will be reflected without being inverted. Waves pass through other waves but can show either constructive or destructive interference. Traveling waves confined to a boundary will creating standing waves through interference.
