FIRST DRIVE: 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQA (250+)

With the electric equivalent of its entry-level GLA SUV, Indian luxury car customers now have a three-pointed star option in the Rs 60-70 lakh price segment. The EQA 250+ gets a 70.5kWh battery pack that’s bigger than an EQB’s and with a smaller body has a longer claimed range of 560km. Available in two-wheel-drive, it has a 140kW/385Nm electric motor but is packed with features such as ADAS and Augmented Reality.
