1. Pai jiao- slap kick.
2. Front jump kick- hit tiger left and right variations 1.
3. Kick-strike temples- slap kick.
4. Outside jump kick to shoot tiger.
5. Shoot tiger hammer fists series.
6. Front jump kick Hit tiger variations 2.
7. Punch and front snap kick with toe.
8. Palm strike and front snap kick with heel.
9. Palm strike-Inside-Outside kick.
10. Front kick.
11. Outside kick.
12. Bow stance , low block and palm strike.
