Since youtube dont have any videos with Massacre difficulty bosses yet, this will be very helpful for all future challangers. I had no clue what to expect from highest difficulty. Since my hero is on Roguelike, I was scared :D Fear of first death flew around my Warrior...

A short version of what you need: good amount of legendary/magic cards (3 stars), balanced build, patience (dont rush), some luck, pray should help too lol!

Long version:
0:18 - Way to the Cook. Since vases drops random enemies/stuff you can be very lucky/unlucky. Sometimes you may have huge amount of enemies or empty rooms. Dont rush.
11:35 - The Cook fight. Good stategy is to move to previous location and fight with Cook there (way less enemies and more place for maneuver. In the video you can find hardcore way (which almost cost me a life). First of all double fire damage is not working (its seems. From the demon ring), so perhaps best strategy is to keep Cook stunned or freeze him. Almost all stages of Cook are summoning ones, so prepare to do almost no damage to him. Gargoyles wave (Im not sure if its not random 19:54) is pretty much can destroy you in matter of second if you dont react fast enough. In couple of last stages Cook starts to burn your mana and chanrge almost non-stop - the most dangerous part and most annoying one. I stuck in really bad place and pay for this. Cook is second hardest boss for me.
25:50 - Way to Antipope. Once you pick up card it spawns enemies. So I reccomend to rush to side after you pick up first card to not being surrounded. Than pick up card one by one, after killing each wave of enemies. This part is surprisingly easy if you are not rushing and have some luck. Even without luck, you should be fine since enemies quality grows very slow.
42:24 - Antipope fight. Perhaps you can fall back from main area, but its not really necessary since its pretty good place to fight.
Be afraid of cold waves of enemies, they are the most dangerous. Fire waves are making lot of damage (damned archers!), poison waves are the most safety ones. Ironically Antipope killed himself with his own weapon (48:18) ^^ Antipope is the easiet of bosses imho.
49:24 - Way to Archdemon. Warning for spiders wave (52:35) because little spiders do huge damage here and can destroy you HP in seconds, while other spiders can surround you and block your cards with webs.
56:20 - Ghost of past (Rogue). Without a shield you can get a lot of damage. Also dont let her make close range attacks. Stun in your best friend in this fight.
Warning to Demons wave (59:59) - those guys can ruin your character in seconds, damage is huge!
1:01:05 - Ghost of past (Mage). Here gonna be lot of enemies, so some mass stun spell should help. Again, stunning Mage should save lot of time.
1:05:40 - Archdemom fight. Best strategy is move to gates area to avoid Succubus waves/healing to Archdemon. But here I go with hardcore way :) I think I destroyed almost all Succubus waves in area and it was epic (and long lol)! I wanted to have easier fight at first, but later I tought "Fock it!Let's play against the devil with his rules!"
Archdemon cast spells really quickly and they are locked, so you cant cancel them. Meteors have hidden fire waves which doint big damage, be careful (its difference between ordinary meteors from game bosses, since they do no damage on impact). Hell ducks (lmao ^^) are not really dangerous but making extra traffic. Demons rain is also limiting your movement and do extra damage around.
The most dangerous part is massive spawn of high-quality enemies (Archers, Gargoyles, High Demons and so on). Shield is your lifesaver, lot of spawned enemies have range attacks with control. Always check positions of Satyrs and Ram-ghosts. Succubus will heal Archdemon and destroy all of your damage, so try to kill the quickly too. Archdemon attacks have stun effect and drop of random card effect. I reccomend to use Demon ring to lower his accuracy (-20% of accuracy if enemy stays in fire).
Dont forget to destroy Archdemon magic shield, because its one of the most annoying thing to block your damage.
1:32:33 - Death of Archdemon. For sure he is the hardest boss of game! Surprise surprise :D
1:39:34 - Best reward fo such fight - most useless legendary card in whole game. Thank you gods of random!
1:39:52 - Stats of hero. I hope to keep zero deaths :)
