All 146 felt pads needed to be reset on the chord bars. This is an Oscar Schmidt 12-chord autoharp from the 1960's or 1970's. This is a problem with a lot of old autoharps (regardless of make) as the original peel-and-stick adhesive dries out over time. If you can't figure out where they go, figure out the notes in the chord, then lay the chord bar on the note chart to figure out which notes get blocked to produce that chord.
