How to Make Giant Cupcake Cake Without a Mold or Cupcake Pan, this cake is great for birthdays or smash cake

3 cups cake flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 & 1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 & 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. Vanilla
2/3 cup Milk

Stir cake flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a bowl. In a stand mixer or (hand mixer) beat butter and sugar on high speed until blended. Beat in eggs, vanilla and milk. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until thoroughly blended, don't over mix. Divide evenly in prepared pans

Bake in preheated oven 350 F. For 20 to 23 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
