१ कप गव्हाचे पीठ
अर्धी वाटी तांदळाचे पीठ
१ इंच आले बारीक चिरून
1 टीस्पून हळद पावडर
1 टीस्पून अजवाईन (ओवा)
1 टीस्पून आमचुर पावडर
1 टीस्पून कसुरी मेथी
3/4 बारीक चिरलेल्या हिरव्या मिरच्या
बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
आवश्यकतेनुसार मीठ

Half a cup Rice flour

Finely chopped coriander
salt as required
