Awareness Webinar on Latest Developments in MahaRERA – Compliances and Systems

Builders’ Association of India, Maharashtra State (All India Association of Civil Engineering Construction Contractors and Developers) organised an ‘Awareness Webinar on Latest Developments in MahaRERA – Compliances and Systems’ on Wednesday, 7th August, 2024, wherein the methodology to be adopted by the Developers and Banks while operating project related bank accounts as per Circular No.56/2024 MahaRERA/Secy/File No 27/399/2024 Dated 27/06/2024 issued by MahaRERA on Bank Accounts to be maintained by the developers, was discussed/explained/deliberated. The Keynote Speaker was Dr. Vasant Prabhu, Secretary, Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA). Other speakers were Shri Ramesh Pawar, Director (Compliance), MahaRERA; Shri Mohan Rao, Legal Adviser/HOD, MahaRERA and Smt. Ashwini Bhosale, Finance/HOD, MahaRERA. Shri Anand J. Gupta, Vice-President, BAI was the Chief Guest. Convenors were, Shri Anil Sonawane, State Chairman, BAI Maharashtra; Shri Jawahar Mutha, Chairman, BAI’s Housing & RERA Committee and Shri Randhir Bhoite, Co-Chairman, BAI’s Housing & RERA Committee.
