Featured drills in this session include cone shooting while moving with rifle, Texas Star engagements, rifle to pistol transitions, the FFC Gauntlet, and run and gun barricade shooting drills. Each evolution is designed to stress fundamentals, timing, and accountability under movement and fatigue.

We train to push speed without compromising fundamentals, to transition cleaner under stress, and to act with purpose instead of hesitation. Speed without discipline is reckless. Precision without pressure is unproven. This is where both are forged.
