18:11 No she can't place that tile in those places because it doesn't with any of the other squares But she can place it adjacent to the starting tile so, since she has a legal place to put the tile she can't Discard it, you only discard if there's no legal way to place the tile

19:32 That's not legal, the tile isn't touching any other tile with matching landscape!
