Hello friends today’s dish is a dessert “Sundae” yes Ice cream Sundae. My twist is make it in Indian style :)

The sundae or ice cream sundae is a sweet ice cream dessert. It typically consists of one or more scoops of ice cream topped with sauce or syrup, and in some cases other toppings including sprinkles, whipped cream, peanuts, maraschino cherries, or other fruits (e.g., bananas and pineapple in a banana split.).

Ingredients

1. Vanilla ice cream
2. Sugar coated Fennel seeds(sauf)
3. Chocolate wafer sticks or roll
4. Mango
5. Orange for orange zest
6. Corn flakes
7. Almonds
8. Oreo or chocolate biscuits
9. Khus (Vetiver) syrup or rose syrup or Rooh Afza
10. Dry papaya cube
11. Honey
12. Cinnamon powder (optional)
