I have another base game build for you!

This house has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The family I built it for has 2 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler & 1 infant. The house is situated on Beech Byway in Newcrest which is a 30x20 lot.

This house has no CC and no items from any packs.
