Problem: The camera displays the "Unable to read memory card. Reinsert memory card." error message and photos or videos cannot be captured.

Solution: Remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into a PC/laptop and (Backup all photos/videos first!) delete everything from the card. Than format the memory card inside the camera (Menu, last icon, 5th page, format).
