SOY ALLERGY! Eczema is something that I've dealt with since I was a child. In 2017, I was diagnosed with an allergy towards gluten, soy, and a few others. Life and my diet changed BIG time and it was one of the hardest obstacles I am still trying to overcome.

In today's video, we discuss the best practice when grocery shopping and the NUMBER ONE ingredient to look out for: SOY LECITHIN (or sometimes just lecithin).

Lecithin listed on its own is not clear enough to signify how much of it was soy derived. Lecithin can be derived from soybeans, sunflower seeds, eggs, and more.
