Dried Red Chillies – ½ Cup ( tightly packed)
Kashmiri dry Chillies – ½ Cup( tightly packed)
Curry leaves
Urad dal – 1 tbsp
Channa dal – 1 tbsp
Toor dal -1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 2 tsp
Peppercorns – 2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Hing / Asafoetida – 1 tsp
