Chair of the John Lewis Partnership, Dame Sharon White, joins us to discuss running a British institution in a cost-of-living crisis. John Lewis Partnership announced £234 million in losses this year.

John Lewis boss Dame Sharon White says 'legislation could do more' to protect businesses from theft. This comes as Suella Braverman has said it is 'unacceptable' that crimes like shoplifting have been treated as 'less important' and the British Retail Consortium reports retail thefts are up by 26% in 2022.
