Feels like everytime I drive through Panama City Beach and surrounding areas, I see a new development, neighborhood, or commercial building popping up. This video uncovers all that we can expect to see at Panama City Beach's largest commercial hub, Pier Park. Updates include:

Top Golf
- Panama City Beach Planning board members approved the plans to bring the first Topgolf to Florida Gulf Coast. Plans call for the 38,000-square-foot facility to be built on 11.3 acres. Topgolf is planned for a plot of land behind the Walmart store by Pier Park. Construction of the facility is expected to start in early 2024, with it opening in the spring of 2025. The Panama City Beach facility will be modeled after the Mobile, AL facility, and will come complete with an on-site mini golf course.

Residence Inn
- The current plan calls for a 121-suite Residence Inn by Marriott to be managed by InterMountain.

Pier Park West
- 4 new restaurants and 1 retail space.

Barnes & Noble
- St. Joe Company announces plans for a new Barnes & Noble bookstore to open in the Pier Park North retail center in Panama City Beach, Florida. Plans call for the bookstore to open in early spring of 2024.
