Ultron wins the battle with Avengers and wipes out the entire planet Earth. Only Black Widow and Hawkeye survives the attack. After killing Thanos and getting infinity stones, he conquers rest of the Universe too. Meanwhile Black Widow and Hawkeye looks through KGB archives about Arnim Zola brain computer program. Ultron gets to know about the watcher, enters his domain and drags him through several universes. Although Hawkeye shoots a sentry and enters the Zola brain inside it, Ultron is out of the reach of this universe. Hence they could not crash his program. Watcher goes to the small remaining universe of evil Doctor Strange and asks for help. He is ready to intervene.
