A lot of times moms are saying, “I have no choice.”

“They say I have to do this, so I guess I have to do this.”

And the truth is that there's always an alternative, even if that alternative is just not doing the thing.

That is always an option.

You can say no to anything.

So one of the alternatives to any intervention or proposed treatment is to not do it.

And then you can also be like, “Okay, well, what if I wanted a little bit more support, but not this, but something close to that, what would that look like?”

And again, the Empowered Birth Method teaches you how to come to your own conclusions about the kind of level of medical intervention that you might want, if it came down to it.

Because again, you create your own options.

You don't need to have anybody dictate what your options are.
