What is CERS and how does it work?

In today's video we talk about the Canada Emergency Rent Subsidy or CERS and how this government subsidy works. For the record I am a landlord and I'm also business owner so I kind of straddle both worlds when it comes this government subsidy and I actually do own commercial real estate, so I have businesses that rent units from me and I have businesses that rent from other people and due to this I feel I am relatively balanced in my opinion but in this video we try to stick to the FACTS behind CERS to help you understand how it works!
