Many people in the world have an impression that Japanese is the second toughest language to learn after Chinese. Why So? They say so because of the Japanese Script. Japanese Language has three scripts. Yes, you read that right - THREE JAPANESE SCRIPTS: Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji. Japanese use these three kinds of writing systems in combination with each other to write and read Japanese.
Kanji is the third script in the Japanese writing system and is considered to be the toughest of three. It is the pictorial representation of Chinese characters. It is used in combination with the other two scripts - Hiragana & Katakana. Kanji characters look like the things whose kanji characters they are.
