DOES C2 LEVEL REALLY EXIST IN LANGUAGES? Is C2 level used in real life & spoken by native speakers?

Does C2 level really exist in languages? Is C2 level used in real life and spoken by native speakers? These are the two topics I want to discuss today as I think they affect a lot of learners of foreign languages, not just English but any language. I think C2 primarily tends to be a bit of an illusion and I will tell you why. Do you think you speak at C2 level in your native language?
