This Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Skillet Recipe bakes in the oven in a cast iron skillet. The recipe was easy to follow and used King Arthur Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour.

If you’re gluten free flour blend does not contain xanthan gum, then start with ¼ tsp and adjust as needed in the recipe.

• ¼ Cup (50g) Granulated Sugar
• 8 Tbs (113g) Unsalted Butter, Melted (1 Stick)
• 1 Large Egg, at Room Temperature
• 1 Large Egg Yolk, at Room Temperature
• 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 ¼ Cups (150g) King Arthur Gluten-Free Measure For Measure Flour
• 1 tsp Table Salt
• ½ tsp Baking Powder
• 1 Cup (170g) Semisweet Chocolate Chips
