Fish fillet 1 kg
Potato large 1 (optional)
Oil 3/4 cup
Soya/Dil 3/4 bunch
Tomatoes medium size 3
Green paste 3 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds powder 1 1/4 tsp heaped
Coriander powder 1 3/4 tsp heaped
Salt to taste

PULAO FOR MACHI BHAT

Rice 600 gms
Oil 3/4 cup
Soya/Dil 1 1/4 bunch
Potatoes medium 3
Tomato medium 2
Green paste 3 tbsp heaped
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 3/4 tsp
Salt to taste

GREEN PASTE

Garlic 125 gms
Coriander 1 bunch
Green chillies 4-5 or as per your requirement
