陸上自衛隊は、自由で開かれたインド太平洋の維持・強化に資するべく、１１月２２日から１１月３０日までの間、ヴィジラント・アイルズ２２を実施しました。
本演習を通じ、島嶼防衛に係る戦術技量の向上及び日英間の更なる連携強化を図りました。

The Japan Ground Self-Defense Force conducted a bilateral field training exercise with the British Army “Vigilant Isles 22” between November 22nd to 30th in order to contribute to maintaining and strengthening a Free and Open Indo-Pacific.Through this exercise, bilateral training units have developed our tactics, technics, and procedures on island defense and strengthened further bilateral integration.
