I recently purchased a used and slightly abused Blackstone Griddle off of Facebook Marketplace. My plan is to really abuse this griddle. Please don't call the griddle police🚓🚓🚓! I am going to make the griddle completely rusty and then try all the methods of cleaning off the rust. Once that is done, I plan to test all of the different seasoning methods and oils that you all suggest. As I post this the griddle is outside uncovered and we are due to have 6"-12" of snow tonight.

Let me know in the comments below how I should remove the rust and how/what I should season the griddle with.

Along with the rust removal and seasoning ideas, let me know what I should name the griddle, and what I should name this series or are Ol' Rusty and The Blackstone Beatdown good names?
