Thanks to DimZet for creating this fantastic "Snow City" mod.
The Snow City mod transforms GTA 3's Liberty City into a snow-covered winter metropolis, bringing a whole new atmosphere to the game. This version also brings new interiors (restaurants & cafes to regain health, clothing shops etc.) as well as a few other nice additions including the Statue of Liberty. I've added a few other mods to further enhance the game as well such as realistic shadows and the Classic Axis camera.
