ACCUSED IN A CASE OF CHEATING, EVADING TRIAL -TURNED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER, SENT BEHIND BARS BY STAFF OF PS HAUZ QAZI, CENTRAL DISTRICT

 BY STAFF OF PS HAUZ QAZI, CENTRAL DISTRICT.
 ACCUSED PERSON WAS ARRESTED ON THE BASIS OF LOCAL INFORMATION AND MANUAL SURVILLANCE.


A special drive against proclaimed offenders is being continuously carried out and a dedicated team of police officials of PS Hauz Qazi, Central district, comprising ASI Sunil Kumar and ASI Sanjeev Kumar was constituted under the guidance of SHO/HQ and overall supervision of ACP/KM to arrest proclaimed offenders. Accordingly, secret informers were also roped into the area to get clue in this regard.

On 14.04.2024, the team got information about one proclaimed offender Dilawar Hussain who is residing on a changed address. The team continues to work on technical and manual information to trace the proclaimed offender. The team visited the permanent address of the accused but he was not found at the residence. The team put more effort into the case and on 18.04.2024 with the help of local information, the team apprehended Dilawar Hussain from the area of Sastri Park Red Light.

In order to evade punishment, during trial against him, he fled from his house and kept himself somewhere to refrain himself from punishment. On checking the record, it was found that he was declared Proclaimed Offender in case FIR No. 174/20 U/s 170/419/ 420/411/120B/34 IPC P.S - Hauz Qazi Delhi on 20.09.2023 by the Hon'ble court Sh Anuj Kumar Singh ACMM Tis Hazai Courts Delhi. Accordingly, the accused person was arrested vide D.D. No- 42A dated 18/04/2024 U/S 41.1(C) Cr.PC.

 ACCUSED ARRESTED-
1) Dilawar Hussain R/o kadri Masjid, Near Rijwan Cold drink, Buland Masjid, Sastri Park, Delhi Age- 38 years.
