Our client is an IT Solution Provider that specializes a broad range of IT solutions for enterprise clients with focus on cloud solutions and migration, data center, networking, and security. Due to explosive growth of their cloud business unit, they are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer / Architect for their Microsoft Practice -- to securely handle the provisioning of Modern Desktop solutions.

The Role:

The COVID crisis has resulted in more remote laptops and desktops than ever.... and businesses need to manage their remote workstation environments more carefully than ever. This role calls for a senior level IT Engineer that has expertise in SCCM and thinks strategically about the applications a business is running, how to provision applications to end-users, and how best to protect those assets. That means he/she must have the ability to guide a client through the process, with expertise in enterprise applications (including Modern Workplace, O365, Teams), and end-point management. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales teams, Sales Engineers, and client contacts to assess, architect, propose, and deliver solutions.

Requirements:

Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in SCCM, advanced Group Policies, and end-point management
Must have experience in implementing cloud solutions such as Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Windows Hello for Business, Bitlocker Device Encryption, Windows Virtual Desktop for Azure.
Must also have experience in Microsoft Cloud Security solutions such as Conditional Access, MFA, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Cloud App Security. .
Subject Matter Expert level experience how best to provision applications, handles endpoints, and protect assets
Must have good experience with Modern Workplace applications (M365 / Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Experience in the following is a plus: PowerShell, automation tools.
Must have excellent communication skills, and customer facing skills (consultative demeanor).
