GARLIC MEAT BALL BOMBS
Ingredients
• Buns 4
• Meat 200grams
• Bread slice 2
• Mixed herbs ½ tsp
• Egg1
• Salt ½ tsp
• Pepper ½ tsp
• Cheese grated olpers
• Cream 100ml
• Pizza sauce ½ cup
• Capsicum diced of 1
• Onion diced of 1
• Garlic chopped 2 cloves
• Oil to drizzle

Method
Add the ground beef, bread, egg, Mixed herbs, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Mix together until fully combined. Separate the mixture into evenly sized meatballs. And fry till golden brown.

In a baking tray line buns. Hallow buns from center, add pizza sauce, cheese, cream, veggies and cheese. Sprinkle mixed herbs on top. bake till golden brown.

MALAI CHICKEN BREAD POCKETS
Ingredients
Prepare Bread Pockets:
• Bread slices 7 or as required
• Anday (Eggs) whisked 2 or as required
• Cooking oil for frying

Prepare Mince Filling:
• Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
• Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
• Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
• Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
• Mixed herbs ½ tsp
• Olpers cream 1 cup
• Olpers cheese 1 cup
• Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
• Pyaz (Onion) chopped 3-4 tbs
• Mince 1 cup

Method
Prepare Bread Pockets: Flatten bread slices with the help of rolling pin, cut into round shape with the help of 4-inch cookie cutter & set aside. Roughly chop remaining sides of the bread slices. In a frying pan, add roughly chopped bread & dry roast until golden & crispy. Let it cool. In a chopper, add roasted bread & chop well into fine crumbs. Now dip round bread into whisked egg & coat with breadcrumbs. In a wok, heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until its puffs up & golden.
Prepare mince filling
In a pan add mince along with spices and cream, let it cook till well-done. Set aside to Room temperature.
Assembling:
Cut fried bread into half & create a pocket in it.
-Add prepared mince
Note: Bread should not have holes for better results of pockets.
