Roki Sasaki's agent Joel Wolfe told reporters Tuesday that his client is not necessarily destined to land in a big market or on the west coast.

And based on what we know about his free agency situation -- his signing is limited to teams' international bonus spending pool rather than a true free agency -- could the Cardinals legitimately be in play to pull off a coup?
