Saltanat Parveen ji is a resident of Lucknow. Sultanat Parveen ji's father Mr. Mohammad Shamim Khan runs a grocery store and her mother is a housewife. Saltanat Parveen ji tells that whatever she has achieved today was possible because of the support of her parents. Saltanat Parveen ji's mother was passionate about her children's education. She wanted her children to study at all costs.In 2012, Saltanat ji took admission in B.Tech in Integral University in Lucknow itself. After this she started preparing for civil services. After a lot of efforts, he brought laurels to his family by topping UPPSC 2022.

Saltanat Parveen जी Lucknow की रहने वाली है। सल्तनत परवीन जी बताती है कि आज जो कुछ भी बन पायी है वो उनके माता पिता के सपोर्ट के कारण संभव हो सका। Saltanat Parveen जी की माता जी को अपने बच्चों की पढ़ाई के प्रति जुनून था। वो चाहती थी के उनके बच्चे हर हालत में पढ़े। 2012 में सल्तनत जी ने लखनऊ में ही Integral University में B.Tech में admission लिया। इसके बाद वो civil services की तैयारी में लग गई. काफी प्रयासों के बाद उन्होंने UPPSC 2022 में TOP कर अपने परिवार का नाम रौशन किया।
