South Dakota Registration - Why so many RVs with South Dakota Tags?

In this video we talk about why we decided to get South Dakota registration, why you see so many RVs with South Dakota tags on the roads and the process to get the tags. After retiring from the military, we decided to make Florida our state of residence. However, we have no intentions of actually spending more than a week or two here in any given year. That makes it especially difficult when deciding where to license and register or vehicles, since we are full time RV travelers.
