3 Henry Hoovers! Light refurbs/stunningly dangerous wiring!

This evening we have 3 Numatic Henry vacuum cleaners in for repair! These all belong to the same cleaning lady, and one does run but needs a service, the other two are dead! Let's see how dead they really are, and give them all a good service and check over in the process!
