Greetings fellow earthlings and welcome to this new TimeLapse.

This is a MOD that I made - it is not available to download online.
I usually upload the descr_strat file, but there was a problem with this one.

Today, each faction has all their territory removed and is given just one city as their capitol, in one random part of the map.
Which faction will come out on top and take the win.
