Ingredients:
3 kilograms of unripe mango
1 kilograms of brussel sprouts
1,1/4 tbsp of turmeric
5 full tbsp of salt
2 cups of olive oil
6 cups of vinegar
1,1/2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1-2 tbsp of cayenne pepper
2,1/2 tbsp of pickling spices
4 cloves of garlic

مواد لازم:
۳ کیلو گرم انبه کال
۱ کیلو گرم کلم بروکسل
۱٫۱/۴ ق غ زردچوبه
۵ ق غ سرپر نمک
۲ پ روغن زیتون
۱٫۱/۲ ق غ رب گوجه
۶ پ سرکه
۱ تا ۲ ق غ پودر فلفل تند
ادویه ترشی شامل: تخم گشنیز، تخم خردل، کمی چوب دارچین و آل اسپایس، تخم شوید، کمی برگ بو، فلفل قرمز.
۴ حبه سیر
