Good morning my friends I just wanted to remind you that you are beautiful!
For breakfast this morning I’m having the cinnamon streusel muffin along with my black coffee. This would be something really good on the go, for busy moms running around with their kids, or need to get to work. With the muffins they usually add something in to keep them fresh. The sizing of it is a bit small about the size of my hand. I had not had the muffin before and didn’t really like it, I thought it was dry. I’ve had the banana nut muffin, the chocolate chip muffin, and the pound cake and those are much better options. Afterward I went to the grocery store to get some extra veggies and for lunch I’m having black beans quinoa bowl. I was going to have Mac and cheese but decided on the quinoa bowl instead. I did not like the lunch option, it tasted like pure black beans to me. It was a great vegetarian/vegan/meatless type of option but didn’t taste very good to me. For dinner I had Nutrisystem chili with beans and I’m having it with a side salad. The sizing of it was about the palm of my hand. This isn’t what I eat every day but just an example of what being on the Nutrisystem plan might look like and what the Nutrisystem food looks like.
