The first of 30 planned affordable homes was delivered and installed in northwest Dayton today, marking a significant step in a five-year effort to expand housing in the area. Tanisha Burns-Martin, community development manager at Omega CDC, emphasized the project's community-driven approach. "We are making it happen, the community told us what they wanted, they told us what they needed, and we’re providing stability in the community and giving people hope again," she said.
