My first AMV so please don't beat me with a spatula. I was bored and decided to make it for my favorite AiW pairing. I know Stayne and Mirana have nothing to do do with each other. But the way Mirana looks at him at the end of the movie just screamed "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." Leading me to come up with this theory: according to me, their relationship is quite sinister and dark. Though it didn't start that way. Stayne was Mirana's Knave first, and eventually her lover. But Stayne wanted power so much, he was willing to betray his queen and love for it. So, he became Iracebeth's knave and personal assassin. Mirana found this out, (since Stayne was still working for her in order to get information for Iracebeth) Aranged for her and Stayne to meet in the land that divides Crims and Marmoreal. Mirana, being Iracebeth's sister has the same temper. Unlike her sister, she keeps her anger bottled up which makes her even more dangerous. Stayne's betrayal has hurt her more than anything before and makes her loose her temper when he blatantly lies to her when she confronts him. It's too much for her, and she tales Stayne's dagger which he had sworn to protect her with and uses it to attack him. Stayne easily stops her but not before she gouges his eye out.


I'm not that much of an Evanescence fan but after a lot of friends recommended this song, I picked it. It seems to fit the pair anyhow.
