On this weeks HHPLS I’m delighted to be talking with Shailen Rao the MD of Soar Beyond a company on a mission to drive meaningful outcomes and experiences through medicines. Soar Beyond partners with the NHS, the pharmaceutical industry, and local authorities to achieve this.

Shailen and I share a passion for having a strong why, a concept made famous by the author and inspirational speaker Simon Sinek. Shailen has spent much of his career, to what he describes as ‘collecting learnings and building his why’ which is what he feels has consequently brought him closer to defining the mission of Soar Beyond. He’s an inspirational pharmacist and entrepreneur and someone who seamlessly marries his strong work ethic with a strong mission.
