Mark Gilston plays a popular Spanish flemenco song from 1936 on chromatic mountain dulcimer.
The song was composed in 1936 by Juan Mostazo Morales with words by Ramón Perelló y Ródenas for the film 'Morena Clara' starring the wonderful singer María Magdalena Nile del Río, who went by the stage name, Imperio Argentina. The text is quite humorous and tells of a gypsy who is caught stealing turkeys, but ends up bringing them home, cooking them and sharing them with his captor.
