First Impressions of Medan, Indonesia 🇮🇩 | Bule Menjelajahi Medan

We are rested and ready to hit the streets of Medan, Indonesia! In this video, we explore the capital city of Medan on foot. Along the way, we stop at the Sultan’s Palace (Istana Maimun), Taman Ahmad Yani Medan park, and had several treats along the way. Our favorite street food stop was at Warkop AGEM Senyum where we had Indo Mei Bangladesh. Our favorite street drink was the sugarcane juice. I guess the kids don’t remember ever having sugarcane before, so it was exciting for them to watch the process. Then, we ended the day with the famous chocolate, avocado ice cream drink! What a fun day of walking around Medan City.
