GPS GF-07 - GPS Tracker Fault from manufacture. Cable not connected!

I opened it up and found that the battery cables are not solder / connected. I'm a technician and I solder/ connected the cables to the PC board and it is still dead.
Not not take a charge.

I will send this one back and need the address to send to and would like to have a replacement that works.

let's see what happens.
