Brave student police officer tackles armed robber

CCTV footage shows PC Dell Owen taking down Kyle Bayliss, 31, and spraying him with pava spray in the One Stop Shop in Shiregreen, South Yorkshire. Just moments later, PC Ben Hawley stops and apprehends his accomplice Connor Roulson, 21, who brought a machete into the shop. Both officers were hailed for their 'tremendous bravery' during the failed raid at around 10pm on May 29 earlier this year.
