Marble Cake (serves 15-20)

2 cups All Purpose Flour http://amzn.to/1UXFAqm

2 teaspoons Baking Powder http://amzn.to/1UXFRJW
1 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil http://amzn.to/1W4kJyH
6 eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract http://amzn.to/1UXG8fL
1 cup chocolate syrup http://amzn.to/1W4lCHy

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare an aluminum 9x13 inch pan with baking spray.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl of a stand mixer except the chocolate syrup. Mix until combined.
Remove 1 cup of the batter and mix it with the chocolate syrup in a separate bowl.
Pour the vanilla cake batter into the prepared pan. Then pour the chocolate batter on top and swirl it in with a knife.
Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
*The middle of the cake should still be quite fudgey.
Let the cake cool on a wire wrack at room temperature for 1-2 hours until room temperature.
Store covered on the counter for up to 1 week or freeze the cake for up to 2 months.
