I've had this route on my list for ages now and I finally managed to get round to it. anyway so I saw that an 09 plate was on the 217, so I decided to do it, but quickly changed my mind at Stockwell because there was no way in hell I was gonna get back before 10pm if I did it. so I settled on doing the 24, it was going well until we reached horse guards. where we encountered a protest, which upped our journey Time significantly considering we were diverted down Victoria embankment, took us 20-30 minutes to get to the other end of the diversion 😭. final journey time you ask? 1 hour and 30 minutes, actually mad. as someone who used to use the 24 on the daily I've never seen traffic as bad as that, also I'm aware I missed a stop caption just after the diversion. I forgot to add it lmao, anyway enjoy! #fortheloveofbuses
