Walkthrough of Painkiller Paroxysm (patch 1.04) on Nightmare difficulty level. During the playthrough, I will try to discover all secrets and unlock all Tarot cards. Painkiller Paroxysm is a modification for the original Painkiller that fixes errors and bugs, balances gameplay, adds new weapons, and much, much more.

Another map from Recurring Evil + we need to use ONLY new weapons like Shadowhand, Devastator and Soulcatcher. It won't be easy journey!
