There is one thing I'll never tire from eating, and that's chicken wings. In fact, i've actually made myself sick once because I simply could not stop eating them until my body just gave up and said nahhh we are DONE! These are my korean style chicken wings using a special ingredient call gochujang. It's amazing stuff, it's hot, sweet and has loads of umami in it, which makes the perfect base for a chicken wing sauce. They are so easy to make aswell, so if you need to feed a crowd then these are perfect.

To make my korean chicken wings you will need:
►1 kg of chicken wings
►About 4 tbsp of cornflour
►Salt & pepper
►A little oil for basting
For the sauce
►1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
►2 tbsp of gochujang
►2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
►3 tbsp of honey
►2 tbsp of lime juice
Serve up as is, or with a nice cooling dip like yoghurt and mint. I smashed them as is though because i'm a heathen.
